Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
- Support monthly closing and financial reporting.
- Assist with food and beverage costing and monitoring.
- Support procurement and purchasing from an accounting and cost-control perspective.
- Monitor inventory, consumption, wastage, and variances.
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, and management on financial information.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of accounting experience.
- F&B, hospitality, or restaurant industry experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of F&B costing, inventory, purchasing, and cost control.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work closely with finance and operational teams.
- Multi-outlet or restaurant environment experience is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay starts from QAR 4,000 per month.
