Tasawer Elegant Closets & Kitchens is hiring an experienced Showroom Manager for its Abu Dhabi branch.
Responsibilities
- Manage showroom operations, client appointments, and sales follow-ups.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor leads, quotations, conversions, and team performance.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable designs and materials.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of UAE experience in showroom sales, kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, or interior design.
- Strong knowledge of custom kitchens, wardrobes, and joinery products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Interior design knowledge is highly preferred.
- Available to join immediately.
Pay
- AED 7,000–8,000 per month.
Work location
- Full-time, in-person role at the Abu Dhabi branch.
