A company specializing in luxury custom kitchens and wardrobes seeks an experienced Showroom Sales Manager in Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve the showroom's monthly sales target.
- Manage, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing opportunities.
- Convert showroom visitors and inquiries into confirmed projects.
- Prepare weekly sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable designs, materials, and solutions.
- Ensure excellent customer service from consultation to contract signing.
Requirements
- Strong UAE experience in kitchen, wardrobe, or interior fit-out sales.
- Proven record of achieving monthly sales targets.
- Interior design and space-planning knowledge.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and take full responsibility for showroom performance.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Five years of closets and kitchens designer experience is preferred.
- Arabic and English speaking, and a UAE driving licence, are listed as preferred.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi.
