The role requires Arabic fluency and hands-on frontend and backend development, database, API, integration, testing, and application support experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software and web applications, including frontend and backend components.
- Use one or more of C#/.NET, Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript to develop applications.
- Work with SQL Server, Oracle, or equivalent relational databases; develop and integrate REST APIs, Web Services, and third-party systems.
- Perform unit and integration testing, debugging, and defect resolution; support UAT and resolve application issues.
- Provide ongoing technical and application support and ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and government requirements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Required qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of practical software or application development experience.
- Hands-on experience with at least one backend technology: C#/.NET, Java, or Python; frontend experience, particularly JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development.
- Strong SQL and relational database knowledge; experience developing and consuming REST APIs and Web Services.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, debugging, and deployment, and secure software development and data protection principles.
- Good technical communication skills in English; Arabic language capability is mandatory.
Preferred experience
- Experience with enterprise or government applications, system integration projects, and regulated or security-conscious environments is advantageous.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,000–10,000 per month.
