We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team.

This role will be essential in developing scalable applications, delivering new product features, and supporting the continued growth of our platforms.

You will work across key technical areas including frontend development, backend services, APIs, system architecture, and AI-powered solutions, bringing flexibility and value across the business.

You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining robust applications, designing efficient data structures, and building high-quality user experiences.

You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams and will play a hands-on role in delivering features, integrating systems, and improving development workflows.

We are looking for someone who embraces AI as part of their day-to-day development process and is comfortable working with modern AI tools, coding assistants, and AI agents.

This role requires someone who can work independently, proactively identify improvements, and contribute meaningfully to both product development and technical innovation.

Our headquarters are based in Dubai.

While this role is remote-friendly, preference will be given to candidates already based in, or willing to relocate to Dubai.

路聽聽聽聽聽Build and maintain APIs, integrations, and backend services that support business and product requirements

路聽聽聽聽聽Develop intuitive, responsive, and high-quality user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks

路聽聽聽聽聽Design and optimise application architecture, data models, and system performance

路聽聽聽聽聽Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver new features and enhancements

路聽聽聽聽聽Leverage AI tools, coding assistants, and agent-based workflows to improve development efficiency and software quality

路聽聽聽聽聽Develop and integrate AI-powered features, automations, and workflows into products and internal systems

路聽聽聽聽聽Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, testing processes, and deployment workflows

路聽聽聽聽聽Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full technology stack

路聽聽聽聽聽Maintain documentation for applications, integrations, and technical processes

路聽聽聽聽聽Continuously identify opportunities to improve applications, development workflows, and system performance

路聽聽聽聽聽Contribute to technical decision-making, architecture discussions, and product innovation initiatives

路聽聽聽聽聽5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development

路聽聽聽聽聽Strong experience with modern frontend and backend frameworks and technologies

路聽聽聽聽聽Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications and APIs

路聽聽聽聽聽Proficiency with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

路聽聽聽聽聽Experience with containerisation technologies such as Docker

路聽聽聽聽聽Strong knowledge of Git, version control, and collaborative development workflows

路聽聽聽聽聽Experience working with databases, system integrations, and application architecture

路聽聽聽聽聽Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar

路聽聽聽聽聽Understanding of AI agents, LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and AI-powered workflows

路聽聽聽聽聽Experience building or integrating AI-powered features, automations, or agent-based solutions is highly desirable

路聽聽聽聽聽Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

路聽聽聽聽聽Understanding of security principles and best practices for modern web applications

路聽聽聽聽聽Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams
