Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications for the company’s eCommerce website and HRIS platform.
• Build and enhance front-end user interfaces that deliver seamless and responsive user experiences.
• Develop and maintain back-end services, APIs, and database structures to support business operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Optimize website performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across multiple systems and environments.
• Integrate third-party applications, payment gateways, and external services where required.
• Develop new HRIS features and modules to support employee lifecycle processes, reporting, attendance, leave management, and other HR functions.
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with company policies and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and documentation.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, development frameworks, and industry best practices.

Requirement

• 3–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar software development role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or similar).
• Strong experience with back-end development using node.js, PHP, Python, .NET, or similar technologies.
• Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, system integrations, and web services.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, hosting environments, and deployment processes.
• Experience working on ERP, HRIS, CRM, or business management systems is highly desirable.
