Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Full Stack Blockchain Engineer specialized in Solana. The successful candidate will develop and optimize decentralized applications, smart contracts, and infrastructure for Solana-based blockchain technologies. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure blockchain solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impact-driven products. You will also contribute to product innovation and actively participate in code reviews to uphold engineering best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in blockchain development on the Solana ecosystem, including knowledge of Solana's programming paradigms and ecosystem tools.
• Strong programming skills, especially in Rust and JavaScript, or other relevant Full Stack technologies.
• Experience in implementing, auditing, and optimizing smart contracts for security and efficiency.
• Familiarity with blockchain protocols, cryptographic principles, and decentralized applications development.
• Strong problem-solving skills, debugging expertise, and attention to detail in highly technical environments.
• Experience working with Web3 technologies, APIs, and frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate in fast-paced, remote-first team environments.
• Strong communication skills to share insights, provide technical guidance, and contribute to product design.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in front-end and back-end development for blockchain-based applications is a plus.
