Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Own FBA inbound speed and operational excellence programs for KSA.
• Develop forecasting models and capacity plans and continuously improve forecast accuracy.
• Lead peak planning and execution, including capacity modeling, contingency planning, and leadership reporting.
• Influence senior stakeholders across supply chain, fulfillment operations, technology, and business teams.
• Lead process improvement and change management, including site launch readiness, defect reduction, and throughput improvements.
• Establish metrics and scalable processes to enable predictive, preventive management.

Basic qualifications

• At least 4 years of program or project management experience.
• At least 4 years working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
• At least 4 years defining and implementing data- and metric-driven process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Excel knowledge, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, and SQL knowledge.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Preferred qualifications

• At least 4 years delivering end-to-end programs and communicating results to senior leadership.
• At least 4 years driving process improvements.
• Stakeholder management experience across organizational levels.
• Experience building processes, managing projects, and creating schedules.
• Fluency in spoken, written, and read Arabic.
