- Global logistics industry knowledge
- Good knowledge of customs brokerage process and system essential
- Good knowledge of incoterms

- Expeditors’ applications and system knowledge
- Software proficiency, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.).
- Written and verbal communication skills; English proficiency
