Front-End Development

User Experience & Interface Implementation

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure accurate implementation of visual designs.
• Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and overall user experience.
• Implement animations, interactive components, and modern design patterns while maintaining usability.
• Ensure consistency across web pages by following established design systems and style guides.

Collaboration & Agile Development

• Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and dynamic data into web applications.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, daily standups, and team discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, QA, and Engineering.
• Communicate project updates, technical challenges, and solutions effectively in a remote environment.

Code Quality & Performance

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve front-end issues across multiple browsers and devices.
• Maintain high coding standards through testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Optimize application performance, page load speed, and overall front-end efficiency.
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and development best practices.

Maintenance & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain and enhance existing websites and web applications.
• Implement new features based on user feedback and business requirements.
• Monitor application performance and proactively recommend technical improvements.
• Contribute to documentation, reusable components, and development standards.
