Position Overview We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing remote operations team.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support across our regional operations in the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, helping ensure that our daily processes run efficiently and accurately.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their career in administration or operations.
No previous professional experience is required we provide comprehensive training, structured onboarding, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

You'll play an important role in maintaining records, tracking workflows, organizing documentation, and supporting operational excellence across multiple teams.
Administrative Support & Data Management
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and operational records using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure information is accurate, complete, and consistently formatted.
- Organize and standardize records, including names, contact details, regional information, and notes.
- Identify and correct duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate data.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems using standardized naming conventions.
- Track updates, revisions, and administrative changes.
Workflow & Task Coordination
- Review and organize incoming administrative requests.
- Route tasks to the appropriate team members.
- Monitor task progress from assignment through completion.
- Follow up on pending or overdue tasks.
- Maintain accurate workflow documentation and status updates.
- Request clarification whenever additional information is needed.
Reporting & Operational Tracking
- Update daily operational trackers and progress logs.
- Record completed work, ongoing tasks, and follow-up items.
- Prepare concise progress summaries for internal teams.
- Identify recurring administrative issues or workflow bottlenecks.
- Escalate process concerns when necessary.
- Support reporting with accurate and organized data.
Scheduling & Coordination
- Assist with calendar updates and availability tracking.
- Send reminders for deadlines, meetings, and required actions.
- Track onboarding milestones and completion of required checklists.
- Help ensure internal processes and timelines are followed consistently.
Quality Assurance & Documentation
- Review administrative work for accuracy before submission.
- Maintain organized documentation and standardized file structures.
- Ensure records remain current, accessible, and easy to locate.
- Support updates to internal procedures and documentation.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, organization, and compliance.

Required Qualifications

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- No prior professional experience is required. Full training will be provided.
