Gift Station Trading is looking for a professional and presentable Front Office & Social Media Coordinator to join our team.
The role involves welcoming customers, managing daily orders and inquiries, and assisting with social media content creation to support the company’s brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers professionally
- Manage customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups
- Coordinate front desk and daily office activities
- Assist with photos, Instagram stories, and social media content
- Support customer service and maintain a positive client experience
- Coordinate with team members regarding orders and store operations
- Maintain organized records and communication
Requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Presentable, organized, and professional attitude
- Basic social media knowledge (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience is a plus
- Arabic and English speaking is preferred

- التنسيق مع الفريق بخصوص الطلبات والعمليات اليومية
- المحافظة على تنظيم الملفات والتواصل الداخلي
- المتطلبات
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل وخدمة العملاء
- مظهر لائق وشخصية احترافية
- معرفة أساسية بوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتنظيم المهام
- الخبرة السابقة تعتبر ميزة إضافية
- يفضل التحدث بالعربية والإنجليزية
