AMS is recruiting on behalf of Royal London for a Front Office Insights and Reporting Analyst.
The role reports to the Senior Business Manager and supports senior management across Fixed Income, Equities, Trading, Property, Derivatives, Multi-Asset, Responsible Investment, and Business Management.
The position supports management, risk, and control responsibilities through reporting and automated solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create and provide management information for decision-making, risk, controls, and governance processes.
- Automate front-office processes, controls, and reports.
- Own the front-office procedure suite and build process maps showing key controls and identifying control requirements.
- Keep risk registers up to date with the management team and support control assurance testing, including key report testing.
- Assist in monitoring ESG performance across funds.
- Analyze and solve problems to support management activities.
Skills and experience
- Knowledge and experience of Asset Management front-office processes, products, and controls, directly or through consultancy.
- IT skills including AI, Sigma, and Power Automate.
- Ability to work with large datasets to produce management information and improve processes.
- Understanding of risk management, change, and project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of Order Management Systems, Aladdin, and trading platforms is desirable.
Work arrangement
- The role is based in London on a hybrid working model, described as 50/50.
Contract and engagement
- The contract is six months and described as a day-rate contract.
- The client accepts workers operating via an Umbrella/PAYE engagement model.
