The Role

We are currently looking for a passionate and service-oriented Front Office Agent to join our Front Office team and create unforgettable first impressions for our guests.

What You’Ll Be Doing
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while ensuring all procedures and standards are followed.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to assist guests during their stay.
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Process guest payments, maintain accurate billing records, and handle cash and transactions responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment at all times.
- Uphold The Ned Doha’s luxury hospitality standards and deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
- Support the Front Office team in achieving operational excellence and guest satisfaction goals.
- Handle administrative and operational tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
About You
- Previous experience in a Front Office or guest-facing role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest service.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and front office operations.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a dynamic hospitality environment.
