We are a reputable skin and medical clinic seeking a **Front-Line Officer** to be assigned to our **Al Ain Branches**.
The role involves welcoming patients, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and professional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage appointments, inquiries, and front desk coordination.
- Handle basic administrative and billing support.
- Coordinate with medical and clinical staff as needed.
Requirements
- Medical or healthcare-related educational background preferred.
- Previous front desk or customer service experience is an advantage.
- **Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.**
- Presentable, well-spoken, and customer-focused.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
