  • 10+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise-scale web applications using modern UI technologies.
  • Extensive expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript for building responsive and high-performing user interfaces.
  • Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, maintainable, and reusable front-end solutions.
  • Establish and enforce front-end development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines across engineering teams.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, backend/API developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
  • Drive the creation and evolution of design systems and reusable component libraries to ensure consistency across applications.
  • Ensure applications meet accessibility (WCAG), usability, security, performance, and responsive design standards.
  • Mentor and guide UI developers through code reviews, technical leadership, knowledge sharing, and career development.
  • Resolve complex technical challenges, make architectural decisions, and contribute to Agile delivery practices for large-scale software initiatives.
