Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Receptionist role located in Riyadh.
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
Day-to-day tasks include managing the reception area, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining records, and assisting with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
The role requires effective communication with clients, guests, and internal staff to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including managing a front desk, organizing records, and performing administrative tasks
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to engage professionally with guests and handle inquiries effectively
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to create a welcoming environment and address guest needs promptly and courteously
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic computer applications and scheduling tools
- Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Arabic and English, is highly desirable
