Job Description
We are hiring a Front Desk Executive to handle reception duties and support basic sales activities in a gym environment.
The role includes interacting with members, handling inquiries, and assisting with service registrations.
Responsibilities
- Attend to members and visitors at the front desk
- Handle phone calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries
- Provide information about gym services and membership options
- Support membership registrations and payment collection
- Schedule appointments and follow up with inquiries
- Maintain customer records and update system details
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for daily operations
- Assist with basic administrative tasks
Requirements
- Experience in receptionist, customer service, or sales roles preferred
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Sales-oriented approach
- **Male candidates preferred**
Benefits
