- Handle front desk operations including calls, inquiries, and walk-ins
- Provide information about our services, memberships, and ongoing offers
- Manage appointments and bookings
- Maintain records of members, attendance, and daily inquiries
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized and presentable at all times
- Address customer queries and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
- Support sales team by passing on leads and assisting with follow-ups
Candidate Requirement
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, calls, emails)
- Prior experience in reception or customer service is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
