Overview
we are looking for an experienced Healthy Diet Chef with a strong background in preparing nutritious, calorie-controlled, and healthy meals.
The ideal candidate must have previous restaurant or healthy café experience and be passionate about creating flavorful meals that support healthy lifestyles and dietary goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook healthy diet meals according to company standards
- Create balanced and nutritious dishes using fresh ingredients
- Develop menu items for weight management, high-protein, low-calorie, keto, vegan, and gluten-free diets
- Ensure portion control and consistency in all dishes
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
- Monitor food stock, freshness, and kitchen inventory
- Work efficiently during busy restaurant hours
- Follow food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
- Assist in menu planning and introducing new healthy meal concepts
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chef in a restaurant, healthy café, meal prep kitchen, or diet food concept
- Strong knowledge of healthy cooking methods and nutrition-focused meals
- Experience preparing calorie-conscious and diet-friendly food
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good food presentation and creativity skills
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Team player with good communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with fitness meal prep and healthy restaurant concepts
- Knowledge of macro-based meal preparation
- Familiarity with vegan, keto, low-carb, and gluten-free menus
