Overview
We are hiring a **Receptionist** to join our Dubai office.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional front-office experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and route incoming calls and emails.
- Manage meeting room bookings and front desk operations.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Provide basic administrative support to the team.
Qualification & Requirements
- Excellent command of English (native-level or equivalent professional fluency preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Prior experience in reception or customer service roles is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
Preferred Profile
- Familiarity with British-style business communication and professional etiquette.
- Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per hour
