Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and organized Receptionist who will be responsible for managing inquiries, coordinating trial classes, handling follow-ups, and supporting enrollments.
The candidate will also assist with social media communication and cold calling to generate new leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the inquiry list and respond to all new leads promptly.
- Call potential clients and schedule trial classes.
- Follow up with parents/students after trial classes.
- Convert inquiries and trials into successful enrollments.
- Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and introduce programs.
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, trials, and enrollments.
- Manage and respond to messages on social media platforms.
- Post updates, announcements, and promotional content on social media.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with teachers/instructors for trial classes.
- Provide information about courses, schedules, and fees to potential clients.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence in phone calls, follow-ups, and client interaction.
- Ability to organize and manage inquiry and enrollment records.
- Basic knowledge of social media management.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
