Job Overview

We are looking for a professional and well-organized Front Desk / Admin Executive to manage the reception area and support day-to-day administrative and HR functions.

The ideal candidate will be presentable, proactive, and capable of handling office coordination along with basic HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and attend the front desk, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls professionally.

Assist and attend to customers, clients, and office visitors.

Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning.

Maintain office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and manage general office requirements.

Handle basic HR responsibilities including: Screening and shortlisting candidates Coordinating interviews and follow-ups Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes Manage employee visa processing and documentation.

Handle relevant government portals (e.g., RTA and other UAE portals as required).

Maintain employee records and administrative documentation.

Support management with day-to-day coordination and reporting tasks.
