Hiring: Front Desk Administrator – Furless Permanent Riyadh
Reporting to: KSA Operations Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Role Overview:
The Front Desk Administrator plays a key role in driving sales growth and client retention while delivering a warm, professional, and seamless experience for every guest. This role manages reception operations, sales follow-up, appointment scheduling, and retail support, ensuring all front-of-house activities meet Furless standards and comply with Saudi Municipality regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception and client interactions with professionalism
- Handle bookings, confirmations, and client inquiries
- Support sales, upselling, and retention efforts
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/POS systems
- Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in front desk or customer service roles (clinic/beauty/hospitality preferred)
Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
Sales-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
