Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
  • Support daily store operations and maintain store presentation standards.
  • Replenish stock and monitor product availability.
  • Assist with cashiering and billing activities when required.
  • Support inventory counts and stock management activities.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a retail environment.
