Fresh Food Manager – Hypermarket
A reputed hypermarket chain expanding operations in Qatar is looking for an experienced and dynamic **Fresh Food Manager** to join our retail operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall Fresh Food Department operations
- Handle Bakery, Fruits & Vegetables, Dairy, Frozen, Meat & Fish sections
- Ensure product freshness, hygiene, and merchandising standards
- Monitor sales, shrinkage, stock levels, and wastage control
- Lead and supervise department staff
- Maintain HACCP and food safety compliance
- Improve customer satisfaction and departmental profitability
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of hypermarket/supermarket experience
- Minimum 2 years in a Fresh Food Manager role
- GCC retail experience preferred
- Strong leadership and inventory management skills
- Good knowledge of food safety and merchandising
- Excellent communication and team handling abilities
