About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns for Dubai real estate projects and secondary market properties.
• Generate qualified buyer and seller leads through digital and offline channels.
• Manage social media platforms, content creation, and brand positioning.
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Coordinate with developers, agents, and external marketing partners.
• Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting and recommendations.
• Organize events, roadshows, and promotional activities when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the real estate industry.
• Demonstrated track record of successful lead generation and measurable marketing results.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, CRM systems, and paid advertising.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience in the Dubai real estate market is highly preferred.
• Portfolio or case studies showcasing previous achievements.
