About This Role
Overview
We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced freelance trainers to lead our In-Person Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Training programs in Dubai.
The assignment involves delivering 2-3 hour training sessions focused on workplace health, safety, compliance, and organizational policies to employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and impactful in-person Occupational Health & Safety training sessions for employees.
- Deliver training on workplace safety practices, health and safety regulations, compliance requirements, and company policies.
- Utilize provided training materials, presentation aids, activities, and facilitator guides to ensure effective delivery of content.
- Adapt training methods to suit different audience groups and ensure understanding and participation.
- Encourage safe workplace behaviors and practical application of safety procedures.
- Use technology platforms for content access, attendance tracking, assessments, and reporting.
Requirements
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a trainer or teacher.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Technologically savvy and comfortable using technology platforms.
- Passion for training and empowering individuals.
- Experience in conducting in-person training sessions and engaging with diverse audiences.
- Experience in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), workplace compliance, or industrial safety training is
