About This Role
Overview
We are looking for an experienced freelance trainer to deliver
CHRP / CHRM training programs.
CHRP / CHRM training
sessions in an engaging and structured manner
Conduct
interactive, activity-based workshops to enhance learner understanding
Cover core HR domains such as:
HR Operations & Policies
Customize delivery based on client requirements
Conduct assessments, discussions, and case studies where required
Qualifications
CHRP / CHRM / CIPD or equivalent HR certification (preferred)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong command of HR frameworks and industry best practices
Experience Required
Minimum 3–5 years of training experience in HR certification programs
Proven experience delivering offline training sessions
Prior exposure to professional certification training (CHRP/CHRM or similar) is highly preferred
