This is a freelance marketplace opportunity — not a salaried role. You work independently, choose your roles, and earn commission on successful placements. No retainers, no guarantees — just great companies, a powerful platform, and the tools to help you close.

You're a great fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of recruitment experience
- Specialise in one or more of: Technology, Finance, Sales & GTM, Operations, Construction, Oil&Gas, Pharma, Legal, or C-Suite/Executive Search
- Have experience placing into GCC, MENA, or international markets
- Are comfortable working contingency and running your own candidate pipeline
- Operate with professionalism, discretion, and a high standard of candidate care
- Are self-motivated and entrepreneurial — you run your desk like a business
Bonus points for:
- Existing deep network in the GCC, EMEA, APAC, or US
- Experience at a boutique search firm or as an independent recruiter
- Familiarity with AI recruitment tools and modern sourcing techniques
