We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Freelance Business Development Consultant to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new hiring clients who can benefit from our innovative, AI-powered recruitment solutions.
Your primary focus will be on client acquisition and revenue generation, introducing companies to a streamlined hiring process that significantly enhances speed, quality, and efficiency.
This is a pure client acquisition and revenue generation role; you will not be involved in recruitment delivery.
If you are a seasoned sales professional with a passion for building client relationships and a drive for uncapped earnings, this is an exceptional opportunity.
Critical Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to generate and close B2B deals.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent professional English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
- A results-driven and revenue-focused mindset.
Important Requirements
- Experience selling to HR, Talent Acquisition, or Founders.
- Understanding of recruitment or hiring challenges.
- Experience in SaaS, HRTech, or service-based sales.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage your sales pipeline.
