Role details

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum two years of event-management experience with luxury brands or in a relevant field in the UAE.
• Knowledge of GCC markets and insights into the luxury sector.

Skills and attributes

• High attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects, remain calm under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Driven, ambitious, enthusiastic about luxury and events, solution-focused, and a quick thinker.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel and work weekends or off-hours as needed for events.

Responsibilities

• Process permits for different kinds of events, particularly within the GCC.
• Support development and delivery of small- to large-scale events, from initial brief through final activation.
• Help plan, secure, coordinate, organize, and arrange event activities and logistics.
• Support efforts to reduce event costs and generate new revenue streams.
• Help market and present event decks to prospects and clients to generate interest and business opportunities.
• Support detailed proposals covering timelines, presentations, venues, suppliers, and documentation.
• Assist with post-event wrap-up as needed.
