Freelance Business Developer – Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Freelance Business Developer to support company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, and outreach activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Present company services professionally and negotiate business deals.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely.
- Professional English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.
