• 📌 Position Overview:
• Tamkeen Franchise is seeking an experienced and highly capable Franchise Manager with a proven track record in establishing, managing, and operating franchise systems.
• The ideal candidate must demonstrate documented achievements in building, expanding, and operating successful brands within the Saudi and Gulf markets, particularly in the food & beverage sector including bakeries, restaurants, and coffee shops.
• The candidate will be responsible for leading the company operationally and strategically, developing franchise systems and standards, managing expansion and operations, overseeing contractual and compliance processes, and building strong relationships with regulatory entities and strategic partners.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and manage the company’s franchise system according to professional industry standards.
• Develop franchise packages, operational manuals, policies, procedures, and franchise agreements.
• Lead expansion strategies for brands through franchising across Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
• Oversee the operational management of the company’s brands and franchise network.
• Develop and optimize operational models for restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shop concepts.
• Manage relationships with franchisees, investors, and strategic partners.
• Ensure all branches comply with operational standards, quality control, and brand identity guidelines.
• Support the transformation of brands into scalable franchise-ready business models.
• Lead efforts to position Tamkeen Franchise as an approved and recognized entity within programs and initiatives affiliated with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce and relevant regulatory authorities.
• Prepare operational, financial, and expansion plans related to franchise management activities.
• Build and lead professional operational and administrative teams.
• Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, investment forums, and franchise-related events.

✅ Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 5–10 years of proven experience in franchise management and operations.
• Demonstrated success in launching, operating, or scaling recognized brands.
• Strong hands-on experience in the food & beverage industry, particularly restaurants, bakeries, and cafés.
• Advanced knowledge of Saudi franchise regulations and operational frameworks.
• Experience in preparing franchise operational manuals and systems.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
• Strategic and investment-oriented mindset with expansion capabilities.
• Strong network within franchising, investment, and entrepreneurship sectors is preferred.
• Ability to create and execute operational and expansion strategies effectively.
