FP&A Senior Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and centralize EMEA closing and forecasting activities.
• Drive alignment among Functional, Commercial, and Manufacturing Finance teams through sector consolidation.
• Lead preparation of sector bridges with the broader FP&A team.
• Perform capitalized variance analysis, develop simulations, and process related accounting entries.
• Review and validate IPI results.
• Oversee development and maintenance of reporting templates for EMEA and its business units.
• Additional duties may be assigned as business needs arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant Accounting or Finance work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; able to interpret financial data and produce insights, drivers, and commentary.
• Experience with data analytics and complex datasets.
• Growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Able to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required.
• Other European languages are an advantage.
