Job Title: FP&A Analyst (Junior) - Real Estate Developer
FP&A Analyst
will support the FP&A Manager in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis activities.
This role is responsible for preparing accurate financial data, supporting reporting processes, and assisting with financial monitoring across the business.
This is a
junior-level
opportunity ideal for a finance professional with strong analytical skills, real estate exposure, and a solid understanding of financial reporting and planning processes.
1. Budget & Forecast Support
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
2. Data Collection & Validation
- Gather financial and operational data from: Accounting, Sales & Projects.
3. Performance Reporting
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including: Budget vs Actual analysis, Cost tracking reports & Revenue tracking reports.
4. BRM Support
- Prepare supporting schedules and reports for BRM reviews
5. Feasibility Coordination Support
- Maintain feasibility tracking logs and records
6. Cash Flow Tracking
- Assist in preparing cash flow monitoring reports
7. Reporting & Dashboard Support
- Update dashboards, financial trackers, and reporting templates
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- **CA / ACCA / CPA qualified or currently in the final stages of qualification**
- **4–5 years of experience in FP&A, reporting, or financial analysis**
- **Real estate development experience in the UAE is mandatory**
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes
- Exposure to SAP is highly preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
