Full-time, on-site FP&A Analyst/Senior Analyst role for an Abu Dhabi-based business.
The role owns planning and forecasting cycles, financial analysis, reporting improvement, and decision support.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Build and prepare management and board dashboards and presentations.
- Explore and use AI tools to revamp reporting cycles.
- Prepare financial models, provide financial analysis, and support pricing model development.
- Support strategic decision-making and improve financial planning processes and strategies.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of relevant FP&A experience.
- Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills; able to manage cycles independently.
- Tech-savvy and self-driven in exploring, learning, and adopting AI tools.
- Experience with financial modeling and detailed analytics; strong finance and analytical skills.
- Able to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- CIMA or another chartered accountancy qualification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in analytical and financial management software tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; able to communicate business insights and collaborate with stakeholders.
