Khadamat Facilities Management seeks a Bid Proposal Analyst for its Bidding and Solutions function.
The role supports submissions from pre-qualification through final tender submission.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate bid plans, meetings, stakeholder inputs, and client clarifications to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Write accurate, compelling, visually engaging proposals that meet client requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Support solution design with subject matter experts and incorporate win themes, unique selling points, and case studies.
- Use AI tools, graphic design, and proposal software to develop submissions.
- Manage tender portals, document version control, governance records, and submission quality.
- Research competitors and market conditions, maintain bid knowledge libraries, and prepare operational handover packs.
Required qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of project support, bid support, or analyst experience within facilities management.
- Knowledge of hard and soft facilities management services and solutions.
- Experience with AI tools, graphic design software, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong proposal writing and presentation skills, with fluent written and spoken English.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong coordination, research, and stakeholder management skills; attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
Desirable skills and credentials
- Arabic language skills, APMP Foundation certification, or experience with MS Project, SharePoint, and Visio are desirable.
