doinstruct is hiring its first junior Sales Development Representative for the US and Canada market.
The role works directly with the founding account executive and focuses on creating qualified meetings and pipeline.
What You’ll Own
- Turn first conversations into qualified sales opportunities.
- Qualify manufacturing prospects for the account executive.
- Keep CRM records accurate and ensure the pipeline reflects reality.
- Learn customer challenges and connect them to the doinstruct platform.
- Use AI-assisted tools to support sales development.
- Improve through daily coaching and ongoing practice.
Who You Are
- Based in Toronto or able to relocate to Toronto, Canada.
- Able to work in the Toronto office at least three days per week.
- Have a completed or nearly completed bachelor’s degree, or one prior SDR or BDR role.
- Able to work in Canada without sponsorship.
- Can demonstrate persistence through academic, work, competitive, or comparable experience.
Success Milestones
- Within three months, become confident handling the market and speaking with customers independently.
- Within six months, begin producing predictable pipeline through outbound playbooks and qualified opportunities.
- Within twelve months, set a strong standard for future North American SDRs.
