Overview

What You'll Do

• Work directly with customers to understand their hiring requirements and what a great candidate looks like for their role
• Headhunt and source candidates using LinkedIn, Apollo, and other sourcing tools
• Run outreach sequences to engage candidates and assess their interest and fit
• Speak to candidates, evaluate them, and present only the best to the hiring manager
• Prepare high quality shortlists and share them with customers in a clear and simple format
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate notes and feedback in our ATS
• Share product feedback to help improve our AI sourcing tools as you use them

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience at a recruitment agency catering to the UAE or KSA market
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
• Strong headhunting and sourcing skills, you know how to find people who are not actively looking
• Comfortable hiring for both tech and non-tech roles
• High attention to detail, you would not send a profile that does not meet the brief
• Self starter who does not need hand-holding to get results
• Someone who can build trust with hiring managers quickly
• Familiar with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, or Signal Hire
