This is a remote-first role with the opportunity to relocate to Dubai as we expand, a chance to build your career in a global hub.
At Whitecarrot, we're building the AI talent marketplace of the future, already trusted by hundreds of employers across the GCC (Gulf).
This is not a traditional role.
You'll wear multiple hats, work directly with the founder, and play a crucial part in shaping how we scale.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive the full sales process from prospecting to closing
- Drive outbound prospecting: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify prospects and open conversations with HR leaders and decision-makers
- Understand employer challenges and connect them to Whitecarrot's AI-powered solutions
- Maintain and update our CRM to keep the pipeline organised
- Work directly with the founder to advance deals and close customers
- Share frontline insights that shape our product roadmap and sales playbook
- Take on different responsibilities as needed, wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving startup
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
- Must have experience selling for a product based company
- Experience selling to the USA market is required
- Confident, energetic phone presence
- Experience in sales and/or recruitment/HR industry
- HR tech or SaaS sales experience is a strong plus
- Strong written communication with a professional yet approachable tone
- Independent, disciplined, and comfortable working UAE hours
- Resilient, competitive, and driven to exceed ambitious targets
