Founder Associate – YU.SH (Dubai, Milano, Florence)

About This Role

YU.SH is a fashion-tech startup developing luxury footwear with integrated smart insole technology, focused on women’s wellbeing. A project between FashionTech, Wellness, HealthTech, Luxury and Technology.

Backed by international programs such as Styleit and Health Wildcatters, the company is now entering a key development phase and is looking for a Founder Associate to work directly with the founders.

Role

This is a highly hands-on position, working across multiple areas of the business:

• Business development and partnerships
• Outreach to brands, investors and ecosystem players
• Preparation of presentations and materials
• Event participation and networking
• Product testing and feedback
• Operational support in day-to-day activities

Profile

• Strong interest in fashion, luxury and women-focused products
• Sensitivity towards customer experience, aesthetics and product interaction
• Background in Business, Marketing, Law or related fields
• Strong interest in fashion, startups and innovation
• Fluent in English (Italian is a strong plus)
• Based in Dubai or Milano and willing to relocate
• Proactive, fast learner, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
