About Elios

Elios is building a stablecoin-first app for real-world spending, turning on-chain dollars into something people can use day-to-day. We’re well-funded and are backed by top-tier angels with deep operating experience.

Stablecoins are a $300Bn+ market, growing 60% year-on-year. Over 40 million wallets transact with stablecoins every month, a number that has grown every year for six consecutive years. About the role

You’ll join Elios as one of the first five team members, working directly with the co-founders across every dimension of building Elios. This is a high-autonomy role with a seat at the table and scope to grow into a leadership function as we scale.

This is a fully remote role. We're a distributed team and work asynchronously, with occasional travel for team meetups or events.

What you’ll do

• Build Elios’s presence across Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram, and the Hyperliquid ecosystem
• Shape our narrative around self-custodial finance and stablecoin adoption through content, positioning, and community engagement
• Drive partnerships with wallets, DeFi protocols, DAOs, and ecosystem teams
• Turn user and community feedback into product insight, and help improve onboarding, UX copy, and overall product experience
• Own top-of-funnel metrics: set up tracking, run experiments, iterate weekly
• Work with the co-founders on key company priorities across growth, strategy, operations, and fundraising

What we're looking for

• 2–5 years of experience, ideally in a crypto-native company or ecosystem
• Deep understanding of on-chain culture and how communities form
• Excellent writing skills: able to communicate clearly to both newcomers and crypto-native audiences
• Strong product intuition and curiosity about how systems work under the hood
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure where none exists
• AI-native mindset: we use AI tools across the company to operate above our weight class. You already do this and are always pushing it further
• Familiarity with the Hyperliquid ecosystem is a plus
