What You Will Work On
- Understand customer requirements, workflows, systems, and constraints with solutions engineers and customer teams.
- Build customer-specific solutions, integrations, workflows, internal tools, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
- Integrate APIs, customer systems, identity providers, and data sources using connectors, scripts, and glue code.
- Configure RAG, prompt flows, embeddings, and agentic workflows for customer use cases.
- Support data extraction, cleaning, transformation, mapping, and loading.
- Troubleshoot deployments and integrations, translate feedback into technical requirements, and document solutions.
- Support occasional on-site deployments or customer working sessions when required.
Technical Environment
- Languages and frameworks include Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, Bash, FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, React, scripting, and automation.
- Integration technologies include REST, GraphQL, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SSO.
- AI and data technologies include OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, agents, PostgreSQL, ETL, and data wrangling.
- DevOps and productivity tools include Docker, Git/GitHub, CI/CD, AWS, Azure, GCP, Postman, Insomnia, notebooks, and command-line tooling.
Required Skills
- Solid programming fundamentals in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Ability to build a small backend or full-stack feature end to end.
- Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, and basic SQL or database concepts.
- Hands-on exposure to at least one AI/LLM API or AI-powered project.
- Comfort with Git, unfamiliar code, ambiguous problem solving, clear communication, ownership, adaptability, and curiosity.
Eligibility
- Applicants may be pursuing or have recently completed a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong self-taught builders with demonstrable project work are also welcome.
- Academic projects, personal projects, GitHub repositories, hackathons, previous internships, or freelance work demonstrating the ability to build and ship are highly valued.
Good to Have
Deployed side projects, hackathon builds, or a strong GitHub portfolio are advantageous.
Experience with third-party APIs, webhooks, identity systems, RAG, agents, embeddings, vector databases, data pipelines, Docker, cloud platforms, deployment, or CI/CD is advantageous.
Customer-facing, consulting, support, freelance, or implementation experience is advantageous.
Internship Development Framework
The internship includes structured onboarding, task allocation, a learning roadmap, mentoring from team leads or senior engineers, and ongoing performance evaluation.
Evaluation covers engineering quality, ownership, learning speed, communication, and delivery outcomes.

Compensation
