Are you passionate about solving complex business challenges with AI-powered solutions?
We are looking for a
Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)
to work closely with enterprise customers, design innovative AI-driven solutions, and deploy systems that create real business impact.
This role offers the opportunity to own projects end-to-end, from problem definition to production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
β Partner with enterprise customers to understand business challenges
β Design and implement AI-powered solutions
β Build integrations with customer systems and workflows
β Own deployments, reliability, and continuous improvement
β Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams
β Drive measurable business outcomes through technology solutions
Requirements
β 5+ years of software engineering or technical problem-solving experience
β Strong software design and system-thinking skills
β Experience with integrations, APIs, middleware, and enterprise applications
β Ability to work directly with customers and solve ambiguous problems
β Strong communication and ownership mindset
β Arabic speakers preferred; English proficiency required
Nice to Have:
β Experience in solutions engineering or customer-facing technical roles
β Exposure to AI agents, automation, or conversational AI
β Experience managing and improving production systems
