Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to handle the movement, loading, and unloading of materials within the warehouse or site.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced environment and a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload goods from trucks, containers, and storage areas
- Transport materials to designated locations within the warehouse or site
- Stack and organize products properly to maximize space utilization
- Inspect forklifts before use and report any maintenance or safety issues
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Assist in inventory checks, stock counting, and documentation
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and supervisors for smooth operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid UAE forklift operator license/certification
- Minimum **1–3 years of experience** in warehouse or logistics operations
- Good knowledge of safety standards and procedures
- Ability to handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions
- Basic communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts if required
Preferred Skills
- Experience in construction, building materials, or logistics industry
- Familiarity with different types of forklifts (counterbalance, reach truck, etc.)
- Basic understanding of inventory systems
Working Conditions
- Warehouse, yard, or construction site environment
- Exposure to heat, dust, and noise
- May require lifting, bending, and extended standing hours
