Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to handle the movement, loading, and unloading of materials within the warehouse or site. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced environment and a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload goods from trucks, containers, and storage areas
• Transport materials to designated locations within the warehouse or site
• Stack and organize products properly to maximize space utilization
• Inspect forklifts before use and report any maintenance or safety issues
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies at all times
• Assist in inventory checks, stock counting, and documentation
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and supervisors for smooth operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid UAE forklift operator license/certification
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Good knowledge of safety standards and procedures
• Ability to handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions
• Basic communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus)
• Willingness to work flexible shifts if required

Preferred Skills

• Experience in construction, building materials, or logistics industry
• Familiarity with different types of forklifts (counterbalance, reach truck, etc.)
• Basic understanding of inventory systems

Working Conditions

• Warehouse, yard, or construction site environment
• Exposure to heat, dust, and noise
• May require lifting, bending, and extended standing hours
