Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily work activities
- Assign tasks to workers and monitor performance
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Maintain workplace safety and enforce safety regulations
- Inspect tools, equipment, and materials
- Train and guide workers and new employees
- Monitor attendance and workforce productivity
- Report project progress and issues to management
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure quality standards are maintained
- Resolve onsite problems and conflicts
Required Skills

Requirements
- Usually 2–3 years of relevant work experience
- Prior supervisory experience preferred

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
