Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in a food runner or service support role preferred
- Ability to withstand outdoor summer season
- Knowledge of specialty coffee
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Energetic, reliable, and service-oriented
- Physically fit to carry trays and walk long distances during busy service
