Key Responsibilities

  • Serving food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assisting with basic food preparation and presentation
  • Operating tills and processing customer transactions accurately
  • Replenishing food counters and service areas throughout service periods
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness within kitchen and dining areas
  • Assisting with washing up and general housekeeping duties
  • Following all food safety, allergen and health & safety procedures
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Previous experience in catering, hospitality or customer service is desirable but not essential
  • A positive attitude with a passion for excellent customer service
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and flexible approach to work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety practices is advantageous
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
