The role is described as part-time and involves working in a lively, fast-paced guest environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and take customer orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve beverages and simple food items; serve food and drinks efficiently.
- Assist with basic barista duties, including matcha preparation, and maintain the counter.
- Keep the counter, dining area, and service areas clean and organised.
- Manage and entertain crowds outside the shop and support the team during busy periods.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards and help create a welcoming guest experience.

- Reliable, punctual, responsible, and comfortable standing for extended periods.

Contract and schedule
- Position: Part-Time Junior Barista / Waitress; duration: six-month seasonal contract.
- Flexible shifts include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,500–2,500 per month.
